In the spring of 2012, Dunkirk Realty Partners closed on the acquisition of The Kettering Tower, a 500,000 square foot class A office building in Ohio. The income-producing property was in receivership and was purchased through our vast nationwide network with brokers and lenders.

Dunkirk Realty invested alongside local and foreign investors to acquire the building on an all cash basis. We have led the repositioning of the office tower; performing significant renovations, launching an aggressive leasing campaign, and cutting expenses while maintaining every employee of the building and management team. As a result, the building’s occupancy, profitability, and value have sharply increased. Dunkirk Realty and its partners still own the Kettering Tower and anticipate a considerable return over the investment period.

Notable tenants of The Kettering Tower include JP Morgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Ernst and Young, and the city’s most prestigious law and accounting firms.
